The Oyster and Thistle presents food that aims to celebrate our bountiful Skagit Valley with each and every changing season. From oysters to oxtails, Brussel sprouts to strawberries, we are honored and delighted to support and serve our local farms. Chef Josh Van Hine, a local native, curates each meal with care while maintaining Elegance through Excellence guests have come to enjoy. We have an ever changing menu as we utilize only the freshest ingredients.
There is a private room that seats up to 20 people for large groups wanting private space.
